SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We work with DHL & DPD and ship worldwide. During peak holiday season, your order may also be delivered by PostNL. The estimated delivery time is depending on your delivery address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including your track & trace code.

Order placed before 4pm (Monday to Saturday) usually will be dispatched on the same day. Otherwise, it will be dispatched the next business day. Order placed on Saturday after 4pm and on Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

 

The Netherlands & Belgium:

• The cost of standard shipping is €4,50/ Free shipping on orders above €75.
• Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

 

Within Europe:

• The cost of standard shipping is €10/ Free shipping on orders above €200.
• Estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days.

 

Outside Europe:

• The cost of standard shipping is €25/ Free shipping on orders above €300.
• Estimated delivery time is 5-14 business days.

 

If items are low in stock, delivery time is extended by 2-5 days.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct and you are available to accept your delivery at the time of delivery or collect your package from your local drop point. If your order has been returned to the shipper due to unavailability, we reserve the right to charge a return to sender fee (the cost of standard shipping for your area will be deducted from your refund) and the second attempt cost. International customers (outside the EU) are responsible to pay any possible inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs Authority.

We always try our best to deliver your orders as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee Next Day Delivery or the exact delivery date. Due to corona virus and several factors, please expect up to 15 business days delay for standard delivery.
